What information do we process?

We only collect and process the personal data needed to run our association, including:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Payment details (in connection with membership fees or donations)

How is the information collected?

All information is collected and managed through our membership and payment system, ForeningLet (https://www.foreninglet.dk). This system acts as data processor on behalf of Red Synet.

What is the information used for?

We use the information for the following purposes:

  • To manage your membership and payments
  • To send relevant information about the association, activities and events
  • To keep the membership records and accounts required by law

Who has access to the information?

Only designated members of the Red Synet board have access to personal data through ForeningLet. Information is not passed on to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Data processing agreement and security

We have entered into a data processing agreement with ForeningLet, which ensures that your information is handled confidentially and securely. ForeningLet meets the requirements of the GDPR, including secure storage and access control.

Storage and deletion

Your information is kept for as long as you are a member, or for as long as necessary to meet accounting and documentation obligations. It is then deleted in accordance with the applicable rules.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, and we do not track who visits it. We use no statistics or marketing tools. That is why we do not ask you to accept cookies.

  • Films from YouTube: Films from YouTube are only loaded when you press play yourself. After that, YouTube (Google) may set cookies under its own rules.
  • Membership and payment: When you become a member or make a payment, this happens at ForeningLet (medlem.redsynet.dk), which has its own cookie rules.
  • Hosting: The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like all web servers, it receives technical information such as your IP address in order to show the page and protect it against abuse. This information is not used to track you.

Your rights

You have the right:

  • To access the information we hold about you
  • To have incorrect information corrected
  • To have your information deleted (with certain exceptions)
  • To object to processing
  • To receive your data (data portability)
